KIA 2500 Conv. pg3

I finished framing the upper cupboards and faced and trimmed them in.

Below you see my control panel for lights, AC plugs, USB & 12v feed.

Above I made an L shaped add on to extend the bed to it's fullest length which is not quite long enough for me, but I manage. I wanted to use less space for the bed. It serves as an L shaped seating area until it's pulled out and made into the bed.

By the way, all of the facings and trim are made from scrap lumber I had left over from our house being built in another barangay and I just cut it into the right sizes with my table saw, then screwed it from the back thru the aluminum L.

On the previos page you would have seen the porta potty in the back right cabinet as that's what it was designed for. As I was having so many thoughts about the Kia, I decided to see if my little 2000k generator would also fit in the cabinet instead of porta potty and to my surprise and enjoyment it did! If you look on the left of the generator, you'll se our 50 liter water supply tank for the kitchen under the sink.

These last pictures were before I got an idea to add a table in the back of which I already had all the materials in my possession, I just had other ideas before.

This is the finished product. I'm able to slide my body around it to get in and out and I'm the biggest in the family lol!

Now I have changed this table and made it a base for another stainless steel table I've replaced it with.
